Caitlin Maher

Caitlin Maher joined Robinson + McGuinness in 2024. She has over 8 years of experience in family law, having worked in two family law firms as a legal assistant, paralegal and then as a lawyer following her admission to practice in 2023.

Caitlin is experienced in dealing with both parenting and property matters. She understands that the family law system can be daunting and confusing for those navigating it and she is dedicated to assisting clients in understanding the options available to them – and which may best suit their needs.  Caitlin is settlement-focused and committed to achieving practical outcomes for her clients in a timely and cost-effective manner.

She applies a pragmatic yet compassionate approach to family law matters. Caitlin is non-judgemental and a clear communicator who understands the importance of building a trusting relationship with her clients.

Caitlin is a member of the ACT Law Society and the Family Law Section. Caitlin is also a member of the Committee for the Canberra Region Family Law Professionals Association.
